1. Information we process
Depending on how you use the site, devploper may process the email address entered for checkout/access delivery, live-chat messages, a chat session identifier, plan information and payment-provider transaction identifiers needed to verify access.
2. Payment data
Payment credentials such as full card numbers are entered into the selected provider's checkout experience. devploper uses server-side provider APIs to create and verify payments and does not place merchant secret keys in public HTML.
3. Live chat
Live-chat messages are stored in Cloudflare-backed application storage so support can read and reply to them. Basic technical identifiers may be rate-limited to reduce spam and abuse.
4. Crypto verification
When USDT TRC-20 verification is used, the transaction ID and public blockchain transfer information are checked against TRON/TronGrid data. Public blockchain transactions are inherently public.
5. Infrastructure and third parties
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and application infrastructure and may use Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Binance Pay and TRON/TronGrid for payment-related operations selected by the user. Their own privacy terms apply to information they receive.
6. Why we use information
- To create and verify payments.
- To activate and check plan access.
- To operate live support and prevent abuse.
- To diagnose service errors and protect the site.
7. Data choices
You may ask through Live Support for help with account/access records that devploper controls. Some transaction records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations, and public blockchain data cannot be erased by devploper.
8. Security
Merchant credentials are intended to remain in Cloudflare secrets. Do not send passwords, private wallet keys, seed phrases or full card numbers through Live Support.
