Refund approach
If you are not happy with a devploper purchase, you can request a refund through Live Support; you do not need to provide a reason. We may ask for the purchase email and payment/transaction ID so we can locate and verify the order.
How refunds are returned
Where the payment provider supports refunds, approved refunds are normally sent back through the original payment method. Provider processing times, network conditions and fees can affect when funds appear.
Crypto payments
Blockchain transfers are irreversible at the network level. A crypto refund, when approved, requires a separate outgoing transaction after the original payment has been verified. Never send a wallet private key or seed phrase; support only needs a public receiving address when required.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you paid twice, paid the wrong amount or access was not activated after a confirmed payment, contact Live Support with the payment ID/transaction ID and the email used at checkout.
Provider disputes
Starting a chargeback or provider dispute can delay direct refund handling because the payment provider may lock the transaction while it reviews the case. Contacting Live Support first is usually the fastest way to investigate an access or billing problem.
